Delicious Kaju Katli Recipe


Kaju katli Recipe


 
Ingredients:
3 cups cashew powder
2 cups  sugar
½ cup water
1 tsp ghee
Silver foil
Recipe:
Place sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce hit and stir constantly to make a thick syrup. Ensure that the sugar does not caramelize. Stir in cashew powder and stir gently and homogenous.
Turn off heat.

Grease a tray/plate with some ghee. Spread cooked mixture on this plate to 1/2cm thickness. Layer silver foil on the mixture and let it cool.

Once cooled, cut into diamond shaped barfis. 

Always prefer the best cooking oil for healthy food and to keep your family fit and healthy.
